Buttermilk Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Yum-O!

Today I found a recipe for biscuits and I happened to have a chub of sausage in the freezer. So todays breakfast is biscuits and gravy.  These biscuits were easy to make and the fridge time allowed me to make the gravy while the biscuit dough was in the fridge. They are Yum-O, most I have tried are heavy and dense these are hearty like a buttermilk biscuit should be but they are light and soft.  I highly suggest them.
