I am trying to cut carb but we love pizza so I came up with the Pizza Casserole.
Basically I just take a can of chunky spaghetti sauce and mix all the toppings in a bowl with the sauce. Pepperoni, Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Pineapple Tidbits, Black Olives, Mushrooms and a handful or two of cheese and stir it all up then put it in a pan sprayed with pam and press it down flat. Cover with another layer of cheese and back on 350 until the cheese is starting to brown. Let it set for a few minutes before serving with a green salad. Yumm-O!
