Last night we had breakfast for dinner. When we do this I make extra batter and like to make extra waffles. I individually wrap the extras in plastic wrap after they are cool then put them in a ziploc and freeze them. Bake in the toaster oven for a quick breakfast. So much better and cheaper than commercial frozen waffles. I can get a whole box of mix for less than what one box of 6 freezer waffles cost me. You can do this with pancakes also.
