There are many instructional how to's on the internet for these and I will link you to the instructions for sewing the bag. Why duplicate a good thing right. The difference between the bag I have and the bag on the link for the tutorial is that mine is bigger and makes up to 6 potatoes. So depending on your family size you may want to use her fabric measurements. For us, we are a family of four with two kids that seem to always have a friend over so the 6 potato bag is the one I made for me.
Fabric 100% Cotton and Cotton Batting... important 100% the tutorial will also cover this. I also use coats and clark dual duty. She has an embroidered Tater Baker emblem you can download to. So my measurements are: 13 inches x 24 inches, sewn with 1/4 inch seams. I do not have a serger so I ran a zigzag along the edges to finish them, even if they are on the inside.
The flower bag is the one my mom sent and the green is the one I made. It literally took 10 minutes. This would make a great housewarming for newly weds! But anyone that likes to microbake potatoes would love it!

Potato Baking Instructions
This is a simple bag that creates a "just right" potato in your microwave. The inside is well done, yet moist, while the skin remains tender. The bag will cook one to six medium potatoes. Simply wash and dry your potatoes. Do Not Puncture! Wrap potatoes in a paper towel and place in the bag. Microwave (8-15) minutes. When serving do not cut with a knife, simply use a fork. Potatoes will be vary fluffy. Turn bag inside and air dry.
I would watch your bag the first few times to make sure it does not scorch smoke. There have been some reports. I do not know about the fabrics used in those reported. Just take personal caution.
