Home Schooling

I am now a home schooling mom! My children 13 and 6 are being home schooled. This has been a big learning curve for me.  I had a routine to my life and it is now in chaos. I am slowly after 3 weeks finding my feet. I am still however learning every day about new resources and ways to motivate children and organize my life.  My son was not finishing work in his class. I know him better than any teacher and have the time to give him undivided attention to keep him on task. He is learning study skills as well as learning his academics. I am learning how to be a kind motivator and not a harsh dictator.
