Three weeks into learning about and practicing making bread. It has been busy with friends birthdays and homeschooling social events. So here is a look at what I have been up to.

My family, friends and neighbors are being fed bread daily.

I love my kitchen aid mixer but I am starting to get a real feel for kneading bread by hand and think I may actually prefer to hand knead because I can tell more accurately if I need more flour or water to get a desired consistency.
